Preparation for the Jamboree in Denmark

48 girl guides and leaders from the Association of Ukrainian Girls will be participating in Jamboree Denmark 2012. Four of the participating girls' trips are sponsored by the “Give a Jamboree Project”, and they are of course very grateful for that. The participants are from the whole of the Ukraine and the group is the largest group ever sent by the association to go on camp in a foreign country. This is their report from a meeting held in the city of Chernigiv.

Preparation for the camp in Denmark

Jamboree is not far off, so we are prepearing for its activity. Our meeting was devoted to Denmark on this weekend. Our girls prepared some interesting information about Denmark and shared it. We discussed famous Danish people, traditions and history. We also learned a few words in Danish. Now it will not be difficult to communicate with the guides and scouts from Denmark.
